Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed
- 2 jalapeño peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 family size can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (16-ounce) container sour cream
- 20 crushed tortilla chips
- 6 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1/4 blocl of velveeta, cubed
- 1 cup of chicken broth
Preparation
Boil chicken. Cool. cut into small pieces, place in large mixing bowl. Mix remaining ingredients with chicken.Bake for 30 minutes at 350, stirring casserole occasionally. Makes enough for 2 casserole pans.
